Calantia was an apprentice Servant of Naamah, who was originally raised in Cereus House while Phèdre nó Delaunay de Montrève was being fostered there. She was described as having a merry laugh, and on her tenth birthday Orchis House bought her marque. Her tenth birthday occurs before the Midwinter Masque held at Cereus in Kushiel's Dart, and doesn't attend with Phèdre.
