Didier Vascon was a servant of Naamah who served as the Second of Valerian House during Phèdre nó Delaunay's youth. When Cecilie Laveau-Perrin finished training Phèdre and Alcuin nó Delaunay in the arts of Naamah, Anafiel Delaunay arranged to have Phèdre visit Valerian House for further teaching in Kushiel's arts. Didier Vascon gave Phèdre the tour and training.
He later becamse Dowayne of Valerian House years later, when Imriel nó Montrève de la Courcel visited Valerian House at his cousin Mavros Shahrizai's suggestion.
