Marcellus Aurelius Strega was the noble ancestor of the Stregazza family of La Serenissima, one of the Caerdicci city-state's Hundred Worthy Families. His descendants held great power in La Serenissima, with some like Cesare Stregazza even holding the position of Doge. His legacy was honored through artistic depiction. For example, Marco Stregazza and Marie-Celeste de la Courcel Stregazza's personal quarters in the Doge's Palace had a mosaic of Strega on the floor. Later, their son Severio Stregazza had murals depicting the exploits of the Stregazza family going all the way back to Marcellus Aurelius Strega decorating the Little Court.
