Moirin mac Fainche is the protagonist and narrator of Naamah's Kiss, Naamah's Curse and Naamah's Blessing.
Appearance[]
Half Maghuin Dhonn and Half d'Angeline, Moirin describes herself with "honey-colored" skin in relation to her mother's "warm brown". Her eyes are "Green as grass, green as the rushes grow," with hair "straight and black as her (mother's), but much finer."
Biography[]
Moirin traces her Maghuin Dhonn ancestry through her mother, Fainche, "Daughter of Eithne, daughter of Brianna, daughter of Alais (de la Courcel)." Her mother retells her birth as the result of being "called" to a d'Angeline priest of Namaah and scion of Anael, Phanuel Demarre.
